Terms of Sale

Aaron John White Photography is a small photography studio based in Michigan. These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

Every print is produced after you order it, to the size, frame and mat you choose. Made to order. Ships in about 3 weeks. Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, though we'll tell you promptly if anything will take noticeably longer.

Prices are in US dollars and include free insured shipping within the US. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order. If we can't fulfil an order for any reason, for example a frame material becomes unavailable, we'll contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

Because work starts quickly, you can change or cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing [email protected]. After that, the print may already be in production and the order can't be cancelled.

We ship within the United States only. Damage in transit and returns are covered on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Screens vary, so a print can look slightly different in person than on your display. Frames are made from real wood, and grain, knots and tone vary from piece to piece; that variation is part of each frame and isn't a defect. The room previews on this site are illustrations to help with size and style.

All photographs are © Aaron John White. Buying a print gives you the print itself to display and enjoy, not the copyright or any right to copy, scan, reproduce or sell the image. Please don't use images from this website without written permission.

If something goes wrong with your order, our responsibility is limited to repairing, replacing or refunding the item you bought. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.
